Pendle Witch on Whalley Road, and the White Hart Inn, on Padiham Road, are our local village pubs providing a range of beers and guest beers. The White Hart (https://whitehartsabden.co.uk/) serves food daily and has a lively events programme, The Pendle Witch is due to reopen in Spring 2023 after being closed.

Sabden has an excellent crown green bowling club that welcomes visitors. There is a children's play ground and football ground in the middle of the village near to Sabden Brook where youngsters - and parents - can paddle. We have football and cricket teams, active church-linked social groups, tea dances, and many other village events.

Bus and Train
Buses every two hours Monday to Saturday from the bottom of our farm road there is an hourly service to Sabden.
